The managers actually care about their associates, they want to get to know you on a personal level and that's what a lot of companies overlook. All the team members look out for each other and motivate one another if someone is having a bad day. EVERYONE, including associates all the way to higher-ups, are all positive, inspirational, motivated people. You literally wash peoples hands, have an amazing time with your customers, and make memories with them! I have worked only a few jobs in my life Although, Nectar has the most "Family-Oriented" work environment I have ever seen. ![]() The pay is amazing as well! This is the only job I know where the amount of labor is way less compared to the amount of pay you get. It is a sales job but once you learn to see the fun in your work, it starts to become less of a job. This job challenged me and taught me how to put myself out there, to learn how to genuinely connect with others and enjoy it. I have worked for Nectar a little over a year and I can say with full confidence that this company has influenced me to become a completely different person.
